On 5th October, Hadean for Resilience was launched, taking our defence-proven AI and simulation capabilities to the rest of government and critical national infrastructure. The launch took place in King’s Cross before more than 150 senior leaders from defense, government, intelligence, and industry.
Hadean for Resilience is built on the same technology the UK Ministry of Defense, US Department of War, and NATO already use. It lets organisations rehearse a crisis before it happens, alongside the organisations they depend on. They can see where they are weak, how that weakness could be exploited, and what to do about it. It brings together Hadean’s products: populAI (prepare) and dominAI (decide and assess) to simulate cascading, cross-sector effects, including a synthetic information layer for disinformation.
The evening centred on ‘The Invisible Storm’, a live four-act scenario that asked how the country plans a whole-of-society response to the Grey Zone. It followed a deniable cyberattack on the power grid as its effects spread from hospitals to the border, through disinformation-driven unrest and the Cabinet deciding whether to use emergency powers. It is a crisis in which no one owns the whole picture. The final act replayed the same crisis, but rehearsed in advance and then ran as one coordinated response.
The scenario was followed by an expert panel on resilience, chaired by Mimi Keshani, Co-Founder and CSO of Hadean. The evening closed with after-dinner reflections on leadership under pressure from Martin Johnson CBE and Jason Robinson OBE, World Cup winners and former British & Irish Lions.
Resilience is no longer a defense problem or a civilian one. It is both, and today’s plans rarely get tested together. Hadean for Resilience lets leaders use our AI and simulation capabilities to rehearse their decisions through dynamic scenarios, and really test their plans and its dependencies. This is what we mean when we promise Dynamic Resilience, built to win.
