London, 7 October, 2024: Hadean, a spatial computing and AI company, is building its presence in the US with the appointment of prominent technology expert Dawn Meyerriecks as a senior advisor. Dawn will join alongside the recently appointed Lt. Gen (ret.) Scott Howell in shaping the company’s strategic direction as it expands further into the US.

Dawn brings a breadth of experience within the technology sector, with an extensive background in delivering entrepreneurial technical capabilities and processes to international markets. Dawn has held prominent roles in high profile organisations such as the US Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), the CIA, and AOL where she worked across multiple stakeholder groups to integrate and deliver technology solutions for complex and high-consequence problem sets. Dawn’s technological expertise makes her an excellent fit for Hadean, a company which seamlessly orchestrates simulators, data sources, and systems on its platform to bridge the physical and virtual worlds.

Across Dawn’s government service, she led large and diverse teams to provide the technical, programmatic, operational and policy oversight of multi-billion-dollar capabilities. Her work in leading transformation programmes, whilst pioneering new products and services, played an instrumental role in meeting strategic national security objectives. At Hadean, Dawn will offer senior level support and strategic guidance to expand the company’s offering across the US national security and enterprise sectors, as well as broader international collaboration.

This follows the recent appointment of Lt. Gen (ret.) Scott Howell, who served in the US Air Force until 2021 and was the 15th Commander of Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC). The appointments of Dawn and General Howell demonstrate Hadean’s ambitions to work with people who share their vision, and have a belief in the transformative potential of spatial computing and novel technologies such as AI, to reshape the world for the better.

CEO Hadean, Craig Beddis said: “The appointment of Dawn as a senior advisor marks a significant milestone in Hadean’s trajectory as we strengthen our presence and offering in the US. With her rich expertise and outstanding track record of leading transformational programmes across both the government and commercial sectors, Dawn will play a pivotal role in guiding our expansion into the US.”

Dawn Meyerriecks said: “As one of the UK’s most successful and fastest-growing start-ups, I am excited to work with a company dedicated to driving technological innovation that integrates and harnesses spatial data and AI, empowering governments and enterprises to plan, train, and make quicker, smarter decisions.”
